Started off with high hopes, but the experience fell apart quickly. Poor communication and zero follow-through. Glad this happened before I spent any money. Very disappointing overall. --- RESPONSE TO OWNER's REPLY: it is TRUE: I wasn't a customer (but I was planning to be one); you gave me plenty time via zoom. Also TRUE - and have proof- that 1) we met 23/10 and you said (without me requesting it) quote was going to be sent following day. 2) On 30/10 after few unanswered emails from me, you finally emailed me telling me that you had problems with emails but it was fixed and that you will send me quote by the end of the day (that day). 3) 12 days later -til this day, and despite me sending more emails enquiring what was happening we've got no answer from you; not an email, not a text, nothing. I don't appreciate the attempt to put this on me wanting things quickly, just "bad luck", the "usual response time to send a quote" (which was never conveyed to me) or thinking it's all good because you gave me free advise and plenty of time. I never asked for neither and as I told you via email: a simple apology via SMS telling me you had ongoing problems to reply would have suffice and be the end of it. Instead, you've decide to highlight I wasn't a client and that you gave me plenty of time and advise for free. I don't doubt you've had an immaculate record; unfortunately my experience was different. I hope we both learn from this and as I also said in my email, I wish you good luck.
