Tom has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful throughout the process of our property purchase. My partner and I live in Sydney but were looking to buy in Coffs Harbour. Tim at the Edge real estate went above and beyond what we expected to find us a suitable rental. He was kind and considerate of our special needs as my husband has a disability and found us a place in a timely manner. He kept us positive while we were looking which helped with the sometimes tiring process of finding a place. The application process was easy as well. Murray's market knowledge, communication and professionalism is brilliant. A pleasure to deal with. Our dealings with Murray started when we selected him as our agent to sell our home of 30 years. Everything went very well and our decision was justified. Murray does care and this shows in his approach to both seller and buyer. Then, as it turned out 7 months later Murray happened to be the agent of the eventual house we purchased. Zoe at The Edge was an amazing property manager. I have had a few over the years of renting and she was by far the best I have ever come across. Her honest, transparent communication style was appreciated. Maintenance requests were always quickly processed. It was a sad day when the house we were in was put on the market and we moved house, losing her as a property manager. Would highly recommend The Edge.
