We were looking forward to eating some nice fish and chips. Was very disappointed 😞. The fish was like rubber and not eatable. I haved lived in strathalbyn for 20+ year then went to Qld and the fish and chips there were amazing. U guys need to fly up there and taste test their fish and chips. Your business would go bunta. Need to change the fish you are using.

After being recommended to go here for dinner last night by family, the sign out the front said open till 8pm. We were extremely disappointed to be told at 7:47pm that the kitchen closed 2mins ago and they couldn't take our order. If it was advertised on Google what time the kitchen closed, we would have happily placed a phone order, or understood if the sign said what time the kitchen closed. However, being a takeaway shop and the fact that the sign said, open till 8pm, I would expect the kitchen to be open to 8pm too.
We read the time on the menu we found online which stated nothing about kitchen closing times and the big blackboard next to the door said closes at 8pm with no mention of kitchen closing times.

We tried some Peppercorn extra lean sausages on Friday morning from Coles and we were so disappointed in the texture, flavour and the casing. Lack taste and were so chewy we threw them in the bin, it was like chewing on chewing gum and was such a horrible sensation we will definitely not be buying this rubbish again. Over priced and not as good as aldi and we don't like them either. We will be going back to out favourite butcher shop as they are worth the price and the drive. Peppercorn chewing gum sausages, yuck. My apologies I forgot to put Peppercorn in the brand but doesn't change our opinion of your company.

A first time visit for myself and the son after a hard days work today, we both had the hot dogs. We were not disappointed at all. I had the hot dog with the lot, chillie and cheese dog, it was loaded with flavour, the bun lightly crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. One of the the best hot dogs by far.
We will be back for sure.

I dropped in the other day for burger. Absolutely beautiful!! I just ordered a plain one and was full! Might try one with the lot.

First time visit to the store recently on a Saturday afternoon, to purchase a grilled piece of fish and some chips to take away. Food tasted great.
A good variety of products in store. Service was excellent and extensive product knowledge by the staff member. The food was well presented and tasted great. Even purchased two lovely GF cheese cake portions.
