This is not an agency for small clients. I am tiny and am treated as such - very disrespectfully. My last call to them in January 2024, a query about cost, was answered by the owner who was incredibly rude. He actually said, and I quote, 'Any client who doesn't like our terms can pis- off to somewhere else'. Rendered me speechless.
