I booked a job through them, as a content creator. I was only given the option to be paid 'off platform' - meaning I had to send an invoice to the client. 3 months later and no payment, and no action from The Right Fit. When I asked what processes they had in place for chasing unpaid invoices (where payment was not done through the platform), they ignored my question. The work was completed, and invoice (and follow ups) sent. Basically the client is profiting off my work and TRF don't care. Just so disappointing. You need to look after the talent on your platform, and do everything in your power to ensure they are not being ripped off!

I loved my ‘Rivers’ photo shoot with Hannah, photographer and MUA, they were soo lovely to work with, the lighting and finished shots looked fabulous. I would love to work with them again sometime.

Honestly, there are numerous things wrong with the app. I’ve been with TRF for 3 months now, I’ve raised the major issue of not being able to link my Instagram account to my profile way back within my first week, and it’s still not fixed. The assistance I received when raising the issue, was pretty blunt. I have to keep informing potential clients that I do have an Instagram account, which I cannot link- as a model/influencer, it looks a bit unprofessional. TRF also requests the ad creator to ask for a quote with the inclusion of boosting- yet most of the time the details of boosting are not outlined clearly enough to be able to provide an accurate quote. I’ll take the time to apply for jobs, go to submit, and an error may or may not appear, blocking me from applying, asking me to provide a finalised quote, and that section is greyed out (meaning I cannot input the data). Same goes with the quote for work, it’s not clear what I’m quoting and I find it hard to answer questions on my rates, as the way the app is set up, it’s leaves a lot of gaps which causes potential confusion between both parties. Also, having to explain why you would be ‘perfect for the role’ can be incredibly time consuming. I understand you want to weed out those who basically button mash their job feed, and not give a damn about what they’re applying for. However, I find a lot of the time I don’t get responses from jobs that I apply for (I get it- I’m not everyone’s cup of tea! That’s cool!). I just think having to basically put together a cover letter for every single job I apply for is a bit of a joke. Considering how little success I’ve had.
I’ll keep at it- I enjoy a challenge, and we all know this industry is tough to crack! I just think that there is definitely quite a bit of room for improvement from TRFs side.

Such an amazing platform to use! The best part is being paid within 3 days of completion of job! No stress about whether you will be paid or not because they take care of all of that for you. Weekly work and constant flow of new listings. Highly recommend 🙂

Really happy with the amazing Be Coyote mineral makeup I was gifted for trial and review. I wouldn’t recommend it if I didn’t love it. Easy application, customisable coverage, unique Liquid Magic oil serum gives an amazing dewy bouncy appearance to the skin. Will definitely repurchase.
