I have been receiving their spam messages since 2016... that is almost TEN years. I have told them to stop. They still do not stop. For the love of god, I am asking you, PLEASE go away. I am so sick of the constant harrassment.

I was in a focus group run by Thinkfield in their offices. Their rooms are straight up the stairs on the second floor, close to the elevator and a bathroom, and the interior is nice and new. The receptionist and host were both friendly and helpful. The food during the session was mediocre, but the session was well run overall.

I used this venue to run a focus group. Excellent facilities, great staff, and they emailed the audio recording straight away!

Recruitment through them was a little on the expensive side, but the respondents we got were perfect for our sample.

Good surveys, better if you meet the screener for visiting in person. Online surveys stick to those that provide a $5 incentive. However I do know someone who won a $500 cash prize so it does happen.

There needs to be info on where to park. As im from mandurah and not used to paying for parking and i feel like i take my chances when i come up after 530pm. As its after working time. I worry ill get my car towed. Anxiety through the roof!

Received a spam call from Ben Marsh at Thinkfield (my number is on the Do Not Call Register). I asked how they got my number, or whether they checked the Do Not Call Register and he was unable to answer. I asked to be put through to a supervisor, and he was unwilling to transfer me.

The whole thing reeks of poor ethics, I suggest looking elsewhere if you don't want your market research to tarnish your brand.
