I am so very disappointed with Thornton and
I would never use them again. Their lack of communication, oversights and costs were pretty bad. Then when I reached out to them on their own page; they claimed to have tried to call, yet I had no missed calls, since emailing them again, I have had no reply. I don't know what you have to do to get them to communicate. It's sad with all the technology at their disposal that a firm specialising in communicating can not reply.
