IMHO, For a business consulting firm, Three Plus seem to mis-understand the value of Customer Relations Management, and how their lack of service affects how the end consumer may view their firm and their clients. They need to analyse the potential threat that their lack of integration of lifetime value management may have on the future value of their firm. Studies show the average client costs about $500, just to get them to walk in the front door, but may bring millions of dollars of repeat value if treated with appropriate customer retention management strategies. When someone who walks in to their business to ask a question is treated poorly and rudely by the company director because of what I assume relates to the director's propensity to stereotype based on looks, this affects that person's view of the business, and spoils them for future business. This action may negatively affect their business, given Generation Y's propensity to utilise social media to review negative firms, their weakness in issues in addressing client relationships is going to pose a threat as Generation Y gain more power in the workforce and general market.

For another business, I may expect a misunderstanding of this sort, but given Three Plus claim to be a business consulting firm, this seems a very amateur mistake for a business owner to make. I would not personally recommend Three Plus's consulting services, because if they can't analyse what affect rudeness may have on their own reputation, brand, and relationships, how can they expect to offer these services as strengths to their clients.

I will definitely not be recommending Three Plus to my own clients in the future.

Why is the North Lakes community upset? It's not the message, it's how it's been delivered by Three Plus. Nothing but disrespect, arrogance and spin from 3 Plus and the Developer.

A PR Company that does not know the legal position surrounding something that they are publicising and one that removes or blocks negative comments - this is a poor show - a real lack of integrity re anything around North Lakes Golf Club, plus the ‘story’ keeps changing - not sure if it’s the client or a Three Plus who keeps getting confused
