I try to drop off parcel of my shoes sold online. The lady staff refused to take my parcel twice as she was insist risk of the item getting lost blah blah. That staff was on the phone 2nd time i visit. Very rude staff. This lady cost me lost of the money that been sold and i get penalized by 10 US dollars as i have not fullfilled the parcel. Very terrible experience

Great little newsagency. Large selection of magazines and newspapers. Lots of lollies and icecreams for the kids. I don’t agree with other reviews about their ParcelPoint service — I have used it a few times and was a very easy and straight forward process. The staff here are beautiful people - very warm and accommodating. If you come in with young kids they are usually treated to a sticker of their choice. My kids always leave feeling very special. Thank you for the always great service!

Absolutely lovely service! I dropped off a package for posting and it was processed extremely quickly. Magazine section is quite nice, but the friendliness of the team is what made my visit so refreshing. So good to have such a warm and welcoming news agency in Torrens.

I came here to use the Parcelpoint services, and on previous occasions was a straightforward process. This time however, after buying packing tape, the parcel return code not working, and me being persistent with getting a refund on the tape, the lady who was serving actually swore at me. I was pretty shocked. I asked her to repeat what she said, at which point she literally covered her ears with her hands. I may have been a difficult customer, but the interaction I had with her, and her response was appalling. I will certainly not be back.

My wife had some terrible experiences at this newsagent. She was trying to talk to the staff about a parcel point delivery return. She was trying to explain how and why she was trying to return the item. She also listed some information she had found on the parcel point delivery website. The staff member covered her ears like a toddler and refused to engage with her. This wasn't the only bad experience she had here. We no longer use the Newsagency.

Don’t use this newsagency for parcelpoint - they are rude and act like it is such a hassle every single time, even though I am paying for sticky tape and I am paying for the return slip to be printed in their shop. I will no longer be using or visiting this newsagency.

The women was very rude. Didn't let use the free service of parcel point.even charge me $2.5 for printing return label which is free of cost and $2 for small tape that i use to stick label.
I will not definitely go there again.

I returned an Amazon parcel through the Parcel Point service offered at this newsagency. It was returned to the overseas seller in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with this service.
