From a personal point of view Geoff is a great guy, from a professional point of view he is shocking to deal with, always has an excuse of why he hasn't go back to you and doesn't deliver on what he has promised. I would be very wary about dealing with Geoff and only hire him again if it was pay on delivery.

Update - still not heard back from Geoff, our website is essentially unusable as we are wanting to edit copy on the site and upload some new videos and not able to get a hold of Geoff to get the admin log in details. Have been sent the incorrect details.

Very unhappy - I have needed to have my website content updated for 4.5 months so far but they refuse to communicate with me. They refuse to return calls and emails and whenever I call, it goes to voice mail.
This is incredibly frustrating.
This is incredibly poor service and I resent the fact that I have to post negative reviews just so that I can get the 5 minutes of attention it will take for them to action my request.
