Phoned Linkt re: sending out a check for the amount I still had left on my account when I cancelled it. Unfortunately most banks don't accept cheques anymore, of which most government apartments should be aware of. My bank was one of them. It was so hard to explain and for the operator to comprehend what was being asked of him. When I asked to be transferred to the customer payments and operations section to speak to a particular person I was told they could not transfer me through. This service is ridiculous. Bring back good customer service and not AI and incompetence please...

This company (linkt) is, in my opinion, the country's top highway thieves. I was overseas from the 28th to the 9th, and I left my car in the Brisbane airport car park and took my key with me. I received a Toll ticket for 16.21(31/12/23). When I called again, they said they needed to verify me. I gave my company name, still not thrilled that they needed my name, but how do they know my name "I gave some made up name"), and the person responded okay, yes, now you are verified... whattttttttt! lol

Then he stated you did travel that day, but I said I had proof that I wasn't in the country, and the key was with me. He changed his version then, asked for my car registration again, oh yes this was incorrect charges and gave me an email address to send the front and rear of my car's photo
I'm sure they've already sent out thousands of such unneeded toll notices, and most people just pay to avoid hassles or a lack of time to verify. These guys are not on holy business; they are there to loot a bus. Do not use toll roads; they are a national waste of your hard-earned money.

Lying about sending a toll invoice in the mail and then easily asking via automated email for the amount + overdue and 'administration' fees. Thieves

Is there an office to pay my tolls?
Bp couldn't work it out and on line is hopeless and over the phone didn't work either. I mind I'm the common denominator here but someone had to be able to sort me out. I've been trying.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!! They take your money to profit off of your poverty. If we all banded togther and refuse to pay tolls, then we can overthrow these moneymaking crooks.

Service from Transurban is the worst I have ever experienced (every worse than Samsung). I surprisingly received two emails in December 2024 and january 2025 from Linkt that made reference to my ex-wife of 20 years ago, and had a different customer number. The "see your statement" link in the email took me to my account! After spending more than 4 hrs on both a chat line and on call hold, I was told that I did not have access to my ex-wife's account (oh, really) and that I needed to contact her to address the issue. The emails were sent "out of the blue" by Linkt. My protests fell on deaf ears. However, there may be light at the end of the tunnel, my matter has been referred to the Linkt Complaints Dept. I will wait to see what response and solutions they have for me. I am not holding my breath.

TransUrban and their friends at Recoveries Corp are criminals. Our business received a toll fine which we nominated to another party as we had sold the car weeks prior to the date on their fine. Despite repeated attempts to rectify this on their website, phone and email, this is ongoing 9 months later. They simply do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. I’ve dug around on their website for different email addresses to contact - no one replies. They escalated this to a debt collector, RecoveriesCorp, who again do not answer the phone or reply to emails. We keep receiving settlement offers which we again try to have resolved but no one answers the phone or email. Hopeless.

I live on an island near Brisbane and rarely utilised the LINKT tollway. I had a low balance and recently traveled LINKT resulting in my owing $9.01 to LINKT. That very next day I received an email from LINKT requesting immediate payment of face suspension of my LINKT account. I jumped online on three seperate occasions to pay my outstanding LINKT AC and the payment failed time and time again though no fault of my own. I rang the call centre and was informed my LINKT Ac was suspended. Having difficulty communicating with and no confidence in the LINKT call centre operator to process my CC details correctly I requested an invoice be sent to allow me to use BPAY however I continue to receive intimidating emails almost on a daily basis. Never will I use LINKT roads again. The ongoing threats are like a motorway mafia is holding people to ransom. I will pay via BPAY only. Furthermore
