I've been with Truer for about 5 months. Having worked with other companies before who did not deliver anything for my $'s I'm pleased to say Truer are delivering the services they promised, at a reasonable price. If there were 4.5 stars I'd give them and the missing half star is simply because my Son is really into graphic's and said some of their recent work could have been improved. I don't usually respond to unsolicited emails but I am glad I did on this occasion and would definitely recommend them.

True Marketing have been great to work with. We have been able to correct our website issues within months. It's helpful to have a qualified account manager to work with and communicate projects with their team clearly and efficiently. No locked in contacts which i also like. I would recommend them.

Disappointing year.
We seemed to get off to a good start with TRUER but over time the changes made were ineffective, communication poor and outcomes worse. Basic things like SSL security were not in place on our website, and despite questioning this twice remained unresolved. Promises of a more sales oriented web site were not delivered unless you count a new "Buy Now" button, and then our main staff member disappeared. We have terminated the use of their services (mostly overseas anyway) and moved on.

Truer have been great to work with, since engaging them late last year. They have been diligent in developing an understanding of what we do, in order to better target our content.
We're already starting to see the benefits of their work. I would recommend them to anyone else seeking to develop their marketing content.

I got a couple of unsolicited marketing emails directly from these guys, their website looks like a "off the shelf" theme with most of the footer links simply going to the "Contact Us" page. On said "Contact Us" page none of the social media links go anywhere. Already they are showing poor email ethics and poor web design. Now should I pay them money to advise me on my website and marketing? I think not!

Note: If I never received a spam email, I would have never posted this review.

UPDATE:
I did some digging (it's a slow day) and this site looks dirty the "Who is" lookup for the domain comes up with the name "Carlos Cravo" who just so happens to be the founder of "Contevo" Another marketing company located in the same office, boasting the same top name clients! I suspect they are using Truer as an acquisition tool (spam emails) for new clients. If I'm right Contevo's integrity is also in question here!
