Ben, Connor & the team are absolutely fantastic, from setting up our phone systems through to ongoing management of our accounts and phone, they have always been so efficient and quick to responding to any issues or concerns we may have. We also use their Virtual Office for our overflow calls and have been extremely satisfied with the result and their call handling abilities. We have been on board with the Virtual Office for just over 3 months now and have not ran into even one single problem. I have been with TrustTel for over 6 months now and can say there have been no problems whatsoever. Payment takes 1 minute over the phone and I’ve never had problems doing this. Those who I have spoken to have always been pleasant, customer service 10/10. TrustTel offer great data plans at more than reasonable prices. Been working with Ben for just under 8 years, and been with TrustTel for nearly 15 months now. Pricing is competitive with the big guys, and dealing with a smaller team seems to eliminate hour-long calls trying to get something fixed! Shoalhaven Occupational Therapy would like to thank Ben and Liam from TrustTel for their quick response and quality of service. We reached out to Ben looking for an urgent solution. Ben was able to organize our NBN to be connected and install a new phone system within a couple of days. Ben was very easy to deal with and has a wealth of knowledge recommending a solution that would meet our needs and budget. Installation day was easy. TrustTel exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. When I reached out to them to improve my internet speed, their friendly and attentive customer service team swiftly arranged for a technician to visit.

I was completely unaware that I had access to NBN to the house. My (then) current telco had no problem charging me, but throttling my speeds to sub 40s.

Thanks to Ben and the TrustTel team, I'm now paying the same monthly fee, but my speeds have at least doubled and near tripled. Had I not reached out to the team, I'd have no idea that I had access to these kinds of speeds!
