No returns - I bought a keyboard here yesterday, but the keyboard felt completely different when I got it home from the demo unit in the store. They refused to take a return or exchange for store credit, and I had to argue with the staff for 30 minutes in Japanese just to get them to take a return with a 20% restocking fee.

The dude kept saying "私には返品を許可する価値がありません" ("what's the advantage to us in accepting returns?"). The advantage is that you keep your customers, bozo.

What's the point in buying here when there's no guarantee? Could've just gotten it on Amazon or direct from a Chinese retailer online.

I've been coming here for years, but I guess this is the end of the line.

I visitted to see the robots. I heard that floor 2 is the place of robot, but moved to 3 floor. So small counts of robots were existed at that place. If you want to see the robot for this place, I am not recommand.

Huge selection of goods and helpful staff all throughout the store. Prices and stock are sometimes different to online but they have most of it. A bit difficult to understand which floors have what due to language barrier but staff can use some English!

This shop is fantastic. Lots of parts for water cooling, and a really great selection of peripherals on display so you can try them out before you buy. They also offer price matching. I will buy all my pc parts from this shop from now on.

PC parts are expensive in Japan...period...and I only recommend buying new when there's a nice sale going on. However, the used market economy is amazing when new tech is released and I've built a few PCs for friends as well as bought parts for myself here.

One of the few computer part chain stores, reminds me a lot of Micro center in the states! Helpful employees, good prices (check their site for prices, if it's cheaper there they will match in store) and offer more parts in different locations. They will also check other tsukumo store stocks if your part is not in the one you are in and offer to get it for you (sometimes a small fee).

Large collection of all the components you can think of. Surprisingly cheap compared to Yodobashi or Bic Camera. Been there many times. They have products that is rare to find in Japan. Got a Seagate Barracuda 4TB cheaper than the price on Amazon. The place is somewhat cramped compared to other big places. But the stuffs are really helpful. Also, they have english speaking stuffs.
