I recently used Tania to purchase 2 investment properties. While initially reluctant to pay the commission of a buyer's agent, it was well worth the time and money. For our first property, Tania found a gem through her real estate network that was not even advertised and listed so there was no way I would have found it without her. Even better, despite receiving several offers from the few people who did know about it, we managed to purchase the property for well under market value. Even after paying Tania's fee, we were still ahead.

For our second property, I actually found the property online and shared with Tania but I am still happy we utilised her services. Tania did many inspections of other unsuitable properties without me and saved me a lot of time prior to finding the property we were seeking. She also managed to secure an out of hours inspection as I was interstate during the open inspection.
