So far my experience has been shocking. When inquiring about buying a commercial building the realtor was super rude, so went over his head contacted Andrew who was great but directed me back to Tom. Again not the best to deal with retires half way through deal and didn’t find out until the day before hand over having to chase someone up before depositing money absolutely terrible service. Since buying the building I have had to wing all renovations as it’s part of a body corporate run by the same mob. Can not get in contact with them won’t call me back missing keys to sections of the building I own ! Not able to shut off power ect thank god for other tenants around the area helping me out or I would have no idea absolutely no information about the building what so ever. Cheers for taking my money team than not getting a s%#t after big thumbs down

During my tenancy through this agency, my property manager (Leanna) was absolutely fantastic in every way.

During the process of moving out, the assigned property manager (Casey Johannesen) was incredibly unprofessional, lying to me about formal processes regarding the bond claim and failing to allow me the opportunity to even be present at the final inspection, which is a legal requirement. Highly recommend applying through properties with any one of the many other estate agencies in the area if you're renting because as soon as you tell them you're moving out, they become hostile and make the entire process unjustifiably stressful.

I had contact from the General manager of TSFN who asked me to remove the review and claimed that it's unfair and false. After a little back and forth, he threatened legal action to have this review removed. It seems they don't like honest feedback.

The agency has replied to my review with things that have nothing to do with my feedback and then with a blatant lie. I confirm that the time and date that the final inspection was taking place was never communicated to me and as such, I had no opportunity to attend. It's even more disgraceful that I have written evidence confirming that they acknowledge it was never communicated to me, so the agency is flat out lying... As expected

True to his word it did sell quickly.
