Following a very unsatisfactory discussion about adding a solar battery with my previous panel installer - who didn't seem to grasp what my issues were and just kept pushing Tesla as the 'only' answer to my needs - I decided to look elsewhere. I worked with Virtual Power Company to establish the best solution for me and installed a Sungrow 12.8kW modular battery. From the initial and ongoing interactions with the phone based customer service team, the site visit and subsequent proposal from Kyle, the time that Chris McDonald - the founder of VPC - took for a detailed technical discussion that answered all my back-up queries, and the subsequent problems free installation by Kris and his team my experience couldn't have been better. The battery was installed late last year and I have had frequent follow-ups to check all is is working - I couldn't be happier.
Would highly recommend Solar Power Company to anyone considering a solar installation.

This is my second time dealing with Virtual Power Co. Initially I got 6.5kw solar this time upgraded to 10kw and 16Mwh battery. I thought the workmanship the first time was great, this time they even exceeded my expectations. Right from initial consult to planning, installation and commissioning every person I dealt with was professional, courteous and the electricians did a fantastic install and cleaned up after they finished so you would never even known they were there.
Highly recommend this local Shoalhaven company.

The guys that installed our system done a great job. Neat tidy job and they cleaned up after themselves . The system itself works better than I thought it would. Very happy with the service and the Australian made product.

Great group of people. From first meet on-site to talk about options right the way through to switching it on everything was smooth. A special mention goes out to Keegan the installer and the girls in the office. Would recommend Virtual Power co to everyone.

This is our second solar purchase and install.
(Not virtual power co)The first time we went with another company, who did well with the sale and package however the install and after sales service was terrible.

This time around we went through virtual power co as we had a good referral from a friend.
Holy moly! These guys were considerate, professional with no pushy sales garbage, Hugh our sales guy did the maths and was even careful not to oversell to us, even accounting for getting a pool, spa, shed etc down the track made sure we could upgrade later on without replacing inverter etc.

The install was so tidy, the sparkies were considerate and kept us in the loop the whole time and even cleaned up after them selves. After the install we have had follow up calls and check ins to run us through the virtual power plant setup and ensuring we are maximising our investment! I highly highly recommend these guys! So far it looks like we will have a $3 power bill this quarter, prior to solar we had over $1000 power bill last quarter.

It was a big job, removing the old system and replacing it with a much bigger 6.6kW system. They managed it all in one day. We had enough sunlight left at the end of the day to show the system working and pumping solar power into the grid. I can recommend them and they are local in Nowra.
