Great to see local business being able to compete with the large companies. Brad was a great help when I came to them with my laptop requirements.

I came into the store to see what they had to offer, then sent through the specs I had found online with other companies. He did some quick research and came back with a great laptop right on with the required budget.

It's easy to get caught up thinking the large brands are cheaper with better knowledge, they're not! Go and save yourself the hassle and see the Team at Virtual City.

The after sale service has also been great.

I have had a lot of interaction with the guys at Virtual City & they are all incredibly knowledgeable & have always tracked down my "User Errors" & put their best into every task & question. Just this week they setup my new Laptop & new Phone & helped with numerous questions especially about the phone, as it is quite different to my previous one. What a difference great service makes to life!
Josh rescued all the data from a relatively new hard drive that another business was unable to do. The relief was immense, needless to say.

I 100% recommend Virtual City for computer data recovery. Brad from Virtual City recovered an entire years work lost to a corrupted file where several other specialist tech. companies were not able to find anything at all. Brad did not give up! Brilliant service & a great bunch of genuine guys that appear to have a passion for their work. Lost 7 years worth of photos/videos including engagement pics on a faulty hard drive, which naturally, I did not back up. The guys spent a week & managed to salvage EVERYTHING, including my relationship, at a more than reasonable price!

Yet again, the friendly and knowledgeable Staff at Virtual City Nowra exceeded my expectations.

Have needed their services on several occasions and it is a very pleasant experience to have expectations exceeded. The culture is one which gives one the sense that they are more interested in solving your problem than they are in the money (or at least just as interested, which makes a nice change from many businesses these days) Staff are professional, friendly and courteous.
