Very helpful when requiring quotes and installation, but when requiring to order more of their recommended paper, the service and their communication is terrible. I recommend buying your paper elsewhere.

I have attempted to contact the office and my rep, Enrico, a total of 15 times, leaving messages and SMS with no response as to where my order is that I placed 10 weeks ago. No voicemail service to say they are closed, Google also says they are open.

I was advised there was a problem and the stock was damaged and they were expecting it that week (after I had to phone 4 times to ask where it was), but it is now 25 days after that call and no sign of our order, or anyone returning my call.

Very frustrating, and dissapointed with this service.

Absolutely fantastic service given form Michael. Was happy to walk me through the process after sending installation guide didn't help. When i still couldn't figure out the issue and was ready to give up Michael called back and helped me through it, he ended up working out the problem and now the window display is looking beautiful again!
