Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Went to pick up a parcel and the lady was screaming at me in another language and was refusing to let me have my parcel. I couldn't understand what she was saying and asked her to please stop yelling at me. She carried on yelling at me in front of other customers. Would never enter this store again.

Parcel got dropped off there because I wasn't home to receive it, so I went there and all the packages were in the middle of the store for anyone to take or touch. I got mine and only realised when I got home that it had already been opened and what was inside had been stolen. I went back to say something and he yelled at me and accused me of lying saying he will call the police. Goodluck to you and hope your package doesn't get stolen if it's dropped off there x

ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I called to check if my parcel had arrived, I was told "too many parcel here no no no you come in" then she hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!. Get your customer care skills in check.

Unfortunately staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful in trying to find an item in the store. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
