I have tried to call you. You have rejected one of my parcels from being delivered to your parcelpoint. The Australia Post rep told me you put in the notes that it is ''too big''.

What do you mean ''too big''? It's an 8kg Garment Steamer. I sent 1000s of parcels per year and have never come across it.

These people give incorrect change then claim they gave you the correct change. For the sake of a dollar or 2 I wasn't going to argue, but the woman blatantky refused to acknowledge that she'd made a mis t aje, refuse to give me the coreect change.
