I’ve been impressed with Webcentral’s Support Service recently. I needed their assistance recently and I found the Support Staff to be polite, conscientious and committed to fixing the issue and completing the task. They don’t hesitate to consult their colleagues or specialists to the get the solution if the individual consultant can’t fix it on their own, and I experienced them elevating my issue to a higher level to one of their specialist teams. When I phone the Support phone number, it gets answered in a short amount of time - there was no waiting on the line for ‘ages’ to get served. Yesterday, I was served by Jay in the Support Team over the phone - he fixed all my issues relating to migration to a new hosting plan and left me feeling good about the whole exercise. Recommended.

Joel was exceptional, excellent people skills and nothing was a problem.
The person I spoke with initially “on the same number” told me she couldn’t help me and to call another department.
Joel dealt with a problem that was with doing my head in, especially after the other girl said she couldn’t help me and fixed it immediately.
I am very grateful that he was the person to answer my call.

Jayden was great. Resolved a tricky problem fast. This was a good ending to a frustrating saga that involved 4 previous phone calls that for one reason or another were long duds. Maybe some support people are better trained or have better skills than others?
