Great outstanding local Real Estate expert . John Murray recently helped us purchase a house in Dalmeny NSW. John was very helpful; provided great insights and advice; was not at all pushy but never-the-less ensured that he understood what we were interested in; and was very patient with us. He left us feeling that his local knowledge of the South Coast area was unbeatable and we really trusted his advice. John's team provided us with quite a lot of support as well and we felt we were dealing with a very professional, courteous, supportive and diligent real estate business.

I had my property listed with John for 6 months. I did not hear from him at all for the last 3 months. Not an email, phone call, nothing.

He would only sometimes call with feedback after an open home, even when there had been attendees.

He fraudulently made up an inspection and feedback from an open home, and added it to my vendor report, obviously forgetting there were cameras around that saw the whole thing.

Third party website marketing statistics were not feeding into the vendor report, I advised them of this and even after 6 months, was still not rectified.

1 private inspection happened during this time and it didn't even make it onto my vendor report. The inspection was not listed, nor the feedback.

Be very careful if you choose to list your home with John at Whale Coast. He talks the talk in the beginning, but drops the ball shortly after.

Only giving 1 star as zero stars is not an option.

A great agent! We met John when we were first looking to buy in 2020. This is the second property we have purchased in the area with John's assistance. John knows his clients and the market. He is proactive in his approach and communicates well. John Murray is certainly someone you need to see if you are buying or selling on the Whale Coast.
