Want a great little relic of days gone? Heard about this online a little while ago and found the perfect time to go while on our way to Port Maquarie. One of if not the last standing video rentals, it's unfortunate we due to be out of towners couldn't rent. But still had the pleasure of a great conversation with the owner, who knew his films. And the fun and calm of finding a gem of a film lost to streaming, or even a great new film and no glaring screen with a film with no synopsis just whose in it and directing.

Instead though found support for Wingham MovieLand through some ex rental dvds and snacks to go have a classic movie night on our rain bogged holiday! Reccomend a stop in if you can and like us if you can't rent find the same joy in buying an ex rental or two!

John has been working at this dvd store since 1986. His Dad owned the store renting vhs tapes...people come far and wide looking for movies. Sometimes becouse there is too much choice online and sometimes becouse the people just want to put in a disk and it plays the movie. They come to this store as it is one of a few left standing hiring dvds overnight in NSW.

Amazing place. One of the last video stores left around. Was like stepping back in time. A very well stocked DVD etc rental shop. Mandy the owner is friendly and helpful. They even sell lollies from 3c a lolly old style! I would sign up if I lived here. Mandy explained that internet streaming is difficult in the area so the store still has a good customer base.
