Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Specifically the post office. Witnessed a woman chastise a adult for not selecting the correct envelope off the shelf. My simple request for a receipt was somehow an issue (needed for petty cash)
Won't be returning & would suggest not to go here it you can avoid it.
1 star is generous

I have never been so disgusted in my life. The way the "owner" talks to his staff is absolutey outrageous. i believe his name is Joe, while his store is full of customers he is screaming at his staff. There is no reason for this. The only reason I have given him 1 star is because 0 isnt an option. Do not support this disgraceful corrupt man. Please support someone else this man doesnt deserve our hard earned money.

The Woodcroft Newsagency and Post Office has recently been transformed and improved to include flowers and gift baskets , olive oils and traditional sweets , and new giftware lines . The staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming always , I use all the services available as it's a one stop shop for many things .

I have one star since you cannot give less than that . Waited half an hours with kids when man decided to continue on the phone . After all that no sorry for inconvenience sadly this is the service you get from these shops . Rude and unapologetic behaviour next will rely on eBay instead to get this rude behaviour . Never coming back again
