I've had amazing service this morning. Blake retrieved some much-needed stock from the storeroom, there was a lovely lad (sorry, didn't get your name) at the assisted checkouts, and Ashley collecting trolleys in the car park was a star!

It's a hot and humid day, and I'm knackered from a few days of free camping. The lads' assistance couldn't have come at a better time (and cheers Ashley for the picnic location recommendation), and I'm extremely grateful for it.

Woolworths congrats on raising the prices again. Refill bag of Milo was $9.90 now $10.90. 2lt of Coke was $3.90 now $4.20. Your fruit in jelly went from $2.20 to $2.60. Cheesy Rice or the pasta from continental up to $3.20? Brushed potatoes dont know where you get them from but at the moment they are terrible. They are either marked on the inside or they cant be used. Your shaved cornbeef is CRAP. It's full of fat everywhere. I want to know if you are just trying to make a buck or wanting everyone else to go broke.

I had the pleasure of going through the checkout at Woolworth at grafton today. The checkout operator was cholie she was amazing. Packed our groceries to perfection. That's one of the reasons why I shop at woolies. Thank you Cnloie well done cheers. Lorraine Rooke

I paid for my groceries using a Visa card. I thought it was expensive so I checked the docket immediately. I had been charged 10x the price on an item. I approached the enquiry counter & was told because I used a card they had to refund back to the card. That was 3 days ago. I have phoned & spoke to Woolworths & they said it could take over a wk to see the money back in my account. It was a substantial amount which I needed for other bills.
Check your shopping receipts every time. It has happened to me before. And pay with cash if possible. Then they cannot keep your money. Outrageous behaviour.

Blake on the checkouts is the sole reason Woolies Grafton gets 5 stars.
His level of customer service is unmatched, the manager's should kiss his feet.
Blake doesn't know me but I hope and pray to see him on my weekly shop.

Always has the daily items we require. Some days they have the items we need for special meals or snacks. The safe are friendly, but checkout service needs to improve during rush periods. Otherwise we'll laid out store and good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.

It's ok but staff could be a bit friendlier.
Would be nice, as an older person, to have your grocery bag lifted into your trolley for you.
