**“Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. A business associate referred me to Xcllusive Business Sales for a valuation, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. After signing the engagement letter and paying the quoted fee, we expected professional service and timely communication. However, despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, Bernetta and Adeel failed to respond for weeks.

The valuation, originally promised to be completed in 10 business days, has now dragged on for over two months with no clear updates. When finally confronted, Adeel blamed delays on public holidays and personal leave—yet at no point was this communicated earlier. This lack of transparency and accountability has caused unnecessary stress for us and reflects poorly on the person who referred them.

If they cannot meet their commitments, they should at least provide proper communication and issue a refund. Completely disappointing and unprofessional experience.”**

Do not waste your money listing with this Broker they are average to say the least.

Nick Wolski had 2 businesses listed with him for over 10 months. He was non-proactive in bringing potential purchasers to the table and only provided meaningless monthly reports and excuses. We noted on several occasions our businesses had been incorrectly listed on several websites, they even sent us in error confidential emails from their other Clients which is very unprofessional.
Their solution in selling your business is by continually reducing the listing price. In the end they even suggested engaging another Business Broker or for us to try and sell privately. This was the straw that broke the camel's back, as we had paid them to do this job!
I admit they were good at two things, signing us up ASAP and asking for their $5,500. Unfortunately, you get the feeling that these guys know little about business, and care even less about yours which is ironic.

The businesses we gave them to sell have been collectively operating for 29 years so they are good solid businesses that have looked after our families extremely well.

Be very wary and look around as there are plenty of other Brokers available. We have lost $5,500 but hopefully if you are reading this review, you will not fall into the same trap!

The jury is out; over two weeks ago, on 15th April, I signed the agreement with Xcllusive, to sell my business, and paid their fee of $5,500. Given that I have no experience in that regard, in the event that they do not sell the business, the only tangible value from that payment would of course be the professional IM (Information Memorandum). Caroline, whose job it is to signup business owners wanting to sell, was really great in that she was not pushy but always followed up, in order to keep things moving along. Five-out-of-five to Caroline. At the signing of the agreement and payment of the fee of $5,500, the preparation work to market the business, including producing the Information Memorandum is apparently underway. A week after signing, I got a visit from an Xcllusive business broker and shorty after that some emails from him requesting information for the IM.
Today is 18th May/5 weeks and I have not heard from Xcllusive even in so far as an IM is concerned . . . nothing . . .
On 24th May, emails regarding the IM began with a lovely sounding young lady in that department but the resultant document was certainly not one to write home about. I don't feel that I should do the document for them but I did at least send her some better-quality images. Regardless, their final product remains a rather low-quality document. At about this time, the broker did make the comment that a super professional IM was not of major importance . . .
Finally, on 1st June, I had an email from Peter, the broker, saying that 'confidential advertisements were now on the web site’ and that a 'circular is booked for 2nd June’.
On 10th June I received an email from the Peter to say 29 signed confidentiality agreements which seems encouraging.
Today is the 15th June, the two-month mark and so I feel the need to try gauge reality. The Peter responded to my request that he call me. By the 17th June, Peter had confirmed three meetings with prospective buyers. By the end of June, two had fallen by the wayside and one, who has almost an identical business model to mine, which is somewhat unique and is therefore is a fantastic fit, is indeed very interested, as one would expect with such close alignment.
